Look up! Enjoy beautiful and festive holiday banners created with artwork made by Wichita’s talented fourth-grade students! Hundreds of area students have participated in the annual “Hometown Holiday” art competition. Winning artwork from those competitions can be seen on display on the light poles along Douglas Avenue from the river to Washington Street, and on Main Street from Douglas Avenue to Waterman Street.
