Take a walk around Downtown

Walking for pleasure is the number one recreation activity. So why not make the activity fun and interesting. Inform walkers of fascinating facts about their community that they never know? Why not shine a spotlight on the movers, shakers, inventors, artists, poets, philosophers, sports heroes and just really cool people that have lived in our great state? That is what has been done with the Themed Walking Trails sponsored by Sunflower Title.

Nine trails go through the heart of Downtown Wichita. A map of all trails can be found here. During this Sesquicentennial (150 years) celebration of Kansas Statehood, come walk through our state's history. When you finish, you'll feel energized, amazed, amused and beyond any doubt you will be much more informed about the creative people who made and make Kansas what it is today.
